Insp3ct Solutions (“Insp3ct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, use our inspection workflows, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Insp3ct, we may collect contact information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and communications with us. We may also collect inspection-related information, including property or claim details, photos, documents, device or browser information, and activity needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Insp3ct; support underwriting and claims photo-inspection workflows; respond to requests; communicate about service activity; prevent abuse; comply with law; and maintain business records.
SMS and messaging privacy
If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Insp3ct, your consent applies only to the messaging program described at the time of opt-in. Messages may include inspection invitations, photo-request reminders, workflow updates, support responses, and other service-related communications connected to an Insp3ct workflow.
We may provide information to service providers, including messaging and infrastructure providers, only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and measure the Insp3ct service. Those providers may process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies based on the inspection or claims workflow and the actions you take. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect other ways of using Insp3ct or receiving essential account or service information through other channels.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, logs, and similar technologies to keep the site secure, remember preferences, understand site usage, and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some site functions may not work as intended.
Sharing and legal disclosures
We may disclose information to trusted service providers operating under our instructions, to protect the rights and safety of Insp3ct and its users, as part of a business transfer, or when required by law or legal process. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential communications. For SMS, reply STOP to the message or reply HELP for assistance.
