These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Insp3ct website and services provided by Insp3ct Solutions (“Insp3ct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or a service connected to Insp3ct, you agree to these Terms.
Insp3ct service
Insp3ct provides software and workflow support for underwriting inspections and claims photo inspections. Features, availability, and workflow requirements may change as the service evolves. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for using the service only for authorized business purposes.
SMS messaging program
When you separately provide consent to receive Insp3ct text messages, you agree to receive service-related messages associated with an inspection, claim, photo request, appointment, follow-up, or support interaction. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or support information. Reply STOP to cancel or unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse Insp3ct, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use messaging features in violation of applicable law, carrier rules, or consent requirements.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Insp3ct available and accurate, but the service may be unavailable or delayed from time to time. Insp3ct is not a substitute for professional underwriting, adjusting, legal, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using information available through the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
